α is your edge. You're either stacking it or falling behind.
α is your currency for accessing the Alpha platform. It's a measure of how much edge you've accrued — and currently it determines your position on the waitlist.
Every user starts at zero. Your α balance goes up when you make the right moves. It goes down when you don't. The more α you stack, the higher you climb. The higher you climb, the sooner you get access.
Your position on the Alpha app is earned.
Refer friends. Every person who joins through your link earns you α. The more people you bring in, the faster you stack.
But how fast you stack depends on how much risk you're willing to take.
The Alpha waitlist gives you the option to apply leverage to your referrals. But much like trading, this does come with added risk.
At 1x leverage, every referral earns you α at the standard rate. No time pressure or liquidation risk. Stack at your own pace.
At 5x leverage, every referral is worth 5x the α — but you have to hit your referral target within the window. 5x leverage will require you to get 5 referrals within a 10-day trade window. Miss it and you get liquidated.
If you choose to refer with leverage and don't hit your target, your α balance gets liquidated. To zero. You will drop to the bottom of the waitlist. That's the cost of swinging big and missing.
Immediately after liquidation, you may choose your leverage again and begin a new trade.
Your position is determined entirely by your α balance. More α = higher rank. No other way to move up. No way to buy your way in.
The leaderboard updates in real time. You can see exactly where you stand and what it takes to climb.
If you are tied with other users on the waitlist, you will be ranked in order of signup, with earlier sign-ups having tiebreaker advantage.
You can't buy α. You can't transfer it. You can only earn it by showing up and playing the game.
When the Alpha app launches, the waitlist opens from the top. The people with the most α get in first. And getting in early may prove to be beneficial. More to come. You just have to prove your edge now.
